NHS Forth Valley and local police are appealing for information to establish the identity of a man who was admitted to Forth Valley Royal Hospital on Tuesday 26th December 2017. He has no knowledge of his own identity and was not in possession of any documentation.

The man is described as being in his early 40’s, 5ft 6″ tall, medium build, with brown receding hair and stubble on his face.

He was wearing a black quilted jacket, a green checked shirt, blue t-shirt, black jogging bottoms and trainers. He has tattoos on his upper right arm of two Samurai swords, and a tattoo on his chest of a Samurai. He speaks with a local Scottish accent.

Staff are now appealing for anyone who recognises the man in the photo to get in contact

to help trace his next of kin.

Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland on 101 (using reference number 1665 of 26th December) who will pass relevant information to local NHS staff.
